Eric Barrett was brought into the Hendrix camp in the spring of 1968 and along with Gerry Stickells, worked as guitar tech and road manager until the end of Jimi's life. He can be seen in all of these photos watching over Jimi to make sure things went smoothly. He later worked with Aerosmith, Tom Petty, David Bowie, and a host of others. He has been very kind to speak to me on occasion even sharing with me a personal photo of him and Jimi (included here). I like to send him photos of him and Jimi which he enjoys very much. Any fans checking out the page here can email me any photos you might have in your collection like that and I will make sure they get to him.
Enjoy this very cool flashback....
